10 cl Schweppes Tonic Water
6 drops of home-made orange bitters
1 drop of Bob’s Cardamom Bitters
Mix the cocktail in the glass, pour into an old-fashioned 32cl glass on a 120g ice cube and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and mint leaves.
Side: toasted almonds with albumin, salt and pepper.
