Ingredients
60 ml Amaro Lucano
15 ml “Primitivo di Matera” wine
15 ml “strazzata” syrup (chocolate almond cookie) 
5 drops of Ferrandina oil
30 ml soda

Preparation
Mix and filter into a highball glass over ice spheres.
Garnish with almond foam and sun-dried pepper powder
