2 cl Lucano Anniversario with cocoa beans
2 cl Plymouth English Gin
8 cl Chinotto Lurisia
5 drops of black cardamom bitters

Preparation
Mix the cocktail in the glass, serve in a Collins glass with cubes of ice and garnish with lemon zest. Side: toasted and salted Murgia almonds.
