30 ml of pistachio mousse
30 ml of cream
25 ml of Amaro Lucano

Preparation
Mix two bar spoons of vanilla flavoured sugar, 30 ml of pistachio mousse and 30 ml of cream. Pour in 25 ml of Amaro Lucano and shake. Garnish with citrus zest and fresh mint.
